- Only registered delegates are eligible to submit papers or posters.
- Submit a structured abstract (max 400 words) via email to: papers.nqocnconf@gmail.com
- Mark your email subject as “Oral Paper / Poster for NQOCN Annual Conference 2025” and specify the category.
- Refer to the model abstract here.
- Selected papers/posters will be presented on 5th October 2025.

- Top 3 best papers will be shortlisted by the Scientific Committee for the Award Paper session.
- NQOCN Gold Medal will be awarded to the winner.
- Certificates and recognition for all shortlisted papers and posters.
